Site Close to M3 / A303 junction.
Access to site is from the A303 Westbound exit A303 signposted Overton and Micheldever railway station, Keep in right hand lane and turn right and go under the A303 and take first turning on right signposted Popham Airfield, entrance about 1 mile on left. From Eastbound direction exit A303 2nd exit signposted Overton & Micheldever railway station at T junction turn right and immediately turn left, entrance to Airfield 1 mile on left follow DA signs This site is situated midway between Andover and Basingstoke for the shoppers, Micheldever railway station is about 2 miles away for direct access to Basingstoke, London, and Winchester, Southampton or Bournemouth, by train the station has a pay and display car park. Whitchurch about 5 miles North and Newbury are also within easy reach by car, visit the Silk mills at Whitchurch built on the banks of the River Test, Basingstoke shopping centre about 6 miles east is also a must for shop-aholicks, also, site within easy reach of M3.This is a large flattish field and campers can have the use of toilet facilities adjacent to the Clubhouse, there is also a small café restroom at the Clubhouse which is also accessible to rally members which is normally open 0800 hrs- 1700 hrs at weekends, you can obtain a cooked breakfast or light refreshments. If the sun shines you will be in the sun all day, plenty of room to exercise your dogs and there are walks within easy reach of the site.
